RED TEAM ANALYTICS

ORIGINS

Founded in 2011, Red Team Analytics was created to provide the C-Suites of non-profit organizations with critical insight into their management and deployment of investment portfolios in excess of $10 million.

This is provided on a pro-bono basis with a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement.

There are a limited number of engagements available each quarter.

Currently, there are no engagements available for Q1 2022.

RED TEAM METHODOLGY

 A red team is an independent group that challenges an organization to improve its effectiveness.

Red Team Analysis can be traced back to the United States intelligence community (military and civilian) has red teams that explore alternative futures.

It is part of a Red Team/Blue Team strategy to create a more robust strategy. The Blue Team looks to strengten a strategy where as the Red Team will look for weaknesses.

Over the years, it evolved as a tool in War College. In more recent years, it was adopted by the IT community.

​

​Benefits include challenges to preconceived notions and clarifying the problem state that planners are attempting to mitigate. A more accurate understanding can be of how sensitive information is externalized, as well as exploitable patterns and instances of bias.

SERVICES

There are three main services that are provided: Investment Policy Analysis, Spending Policy Analysis, and Portfolio Construction Analysis. Other areas will be considered.

Engagements are conducted through Zoom meetings and encrypted email.
